This organic liquid product is used for odor control and digestion of fats, oils, and grease (FOG) in industrial and municipal sewage waste water treatment plants and grease traps by reducing and eliminating FOG and bio-films (slime).
In wastewater and sewage treatment plants, grease traps, septic tanks, etc., the Earth Works Water Treat bio-series provides an effective and economical solution to odorous compounds such as hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans and ammonium compounds and their resulting corrosive effects.

Water Treat GT is recommended for residential and commercial grease trap treatment.To Use: Shock treat for traps in poor conditions once then follow with the maintenance dosing. Dosing can be applied manually into trap or via metering devise. The best time for application is at the end of normal working hours.

Ideal for sewage plants, waste collection facilities, paper mills and rendering operations.Optimal Conditions for Use: pH range 5.0 - 9.8 with optimum at or near 7.0. Temperature range between 40 F – 145 F. No activity below 40F. To Use: Shock holding tank or digester with initial application at a rate of 50 PPM on day 1 and follow up with a daily maintenance by metering 5 PPM (calculated on daily flow rate) into the aeration basin. Reduce feed rate to 2.5 PPM on day 14 and continue at this rate as long as performance levels are maintained.
